A Blip in Time...

So I know this is not the greatest picture I have ever done, but the idea of it was sooooo funny I could not help but post it. The idea came from my brother, who is not only a Doctor Who fan, but also a fan of anime in general. So what better way to combine the two?...find a anime character who can travel through time and combine them with the good doctor
